We aim to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA and to align with the Americans with Disabilities Act and California’s Unruh Civil Rights Act. Accessibility is an ongoing effort and we work on improvements continuously.

• A “skip to main content” link and semantic landmarks on every page.
• Visible keyboard focus indicators and full keyboard navigation.
• Descriptive alt text on images and labels on form fields.

Some third-party components — including the interactive map tiles and embedded media — may not be fully accessible. Where a map is used, the same places are also available as a text list. AI chat responses are generated dynamically and formatting may vary.
